Dear My husband and I have just seen the Bayadere in London today at the Coliseum. We really enjoyed the show but we were really dispatointed and surprised to see that all the dancers did not come to the stage at the end... the public seemed to be pretty enthusiastic about all the performances and I have to say we did not necessarilly understand why some pretty good dancers like Olga Ovchinnikova or even Aleksandr Abaturov did not have their chance to be applaused as well?We would be keen to understand, was there any problem? I have had the privilege to see your performances of La Bayadere and Swan Lake at Bradford, and I was stunned at the quality and beauty of your dancers and sets. I left the theatre of both nights feeling totally enthralled by the performances I had seen. I was particularly impressed by the elegance and beauty of Irina, the best ballet dancer I think I have ever seen. What a fantastic couple of nights and I hope to see you perform when you come to the UK in the future. I did buy a DVD so that I can relive the experience until you return!
